Garment Module Assist in implementation, configuration, and onboarding of garment ERP modules such as Sampling, Merchandising, Production, Inventory, Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing. Provide technical and functional support to end users across departments (Merchandising, Production, QC, Store, Accounts). Troubleshoot system issues related to order entry, BOM, production orders, stock updates, barcoding, and reporting. Train factory staff, supervisors, and merchandisers on software features and usage. Ensure data is entered correctly across modules (styles, costing, fabric/inventory, production tracking). Coordinate with the software vendor or internal IT team for bug fixes, feature enhancements, and version upgrades. Collect feedback from factory users and share improvement suggestions with the development team. Generate Fast Reports reports such as production status, order tracking, fabric consumption, and line performance. Payroll Module Support Weekly, Daily, Monthly payroll processing using Axpert Payroll software. Ensure accurate calculation of attendance, overtime, leave, PF, ESI, bonuses, deductions, and salary. Assist HR team in configuring Shift template, Calculation Register, pay structures, grades, and statutory components. Maintain employee master data, onboarding/offboarding entries, shift details, and attendance policies. Check biometric attendance integration and resolve sync issues. Assist in generating PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and compliance reports. Stay updated on government labor law rules impacting payroll. Generate payslips, salary registers, attendance reports, and statutory reports. Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
